Worked collaboratively alongside Editor, Carol White; Writer, Frances Litwin; Art Director, Rony Zibara and Production Artist, Linda Bozek to produce a mouth-watering collection of innovative summer recipes in The President’s Choice Barbecue Cookbook.

Over-and-above duties included copy editing, proofreading and fact-checking all content from front cover to back – from products, ingredients, preparation instructions to insightful chefs tips, interesting food lore and amusing anecdotes.

The Goods:

• Developed close working relationships with the editor and writer, enabling content discrepancies to be addressed and corrected in a respectful and timely manner which ensured clear communication of changes to the production artist
• Diligently maintained consistency from ingredient listings to preparation instructions, thus ensuring accuracy and continuity throughout the entire book
